A Relaxing Weekend with Unforgettable Moments
We enjoyed a magical anniversary getaway! The staff went above and beyond. Corinne at the front desk truly made us feel special. The view from our king room was lovely, and breakfast served by Austin was fantastic. Don't forget to explore the charming village nearby!

I had a comfortable stay with a beautiful view from my waterfront room, which made the premium price reasonable. However, there were some maintenance issues, such as old carpets and noise from the street that made it hard to relax. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but improvements in housekeeping are needed.

We strolled the grounds along the Long Island Sound and checked out the children's play area. The friendly competition with local crews at the marina was a highlight too. Great walking distance to fun spots in town, perfect for groups looking to explore.
We had a hiccup with the brunch. food quality was mediocre, which was disappointing for the setting. Coffee was hot but caused heartburn later for some in our group. It felt rushed, not what we expected from such a nice venue.

charming marina views and easy access to local eateries
having stayed in a king room with water view, I loved how the marina was just a few steps away for relaxing strolls. I could easily grab ice cream at the Port Jefferson Ice Cream Cafe in less than a 5-minute walk, making my afternoons so enjoyable. for weekend explorers like me, the central location is perfect for discovering quaint shops and beautiful parks around the area, but I did notice the wifi was a bit spotty while trying to plan my next adventure.

This was just a fitting option for a weekend respite in Port Jefferson with fantastic value for money. The coffee maker in the room was disgusting and dirty, but I managed to enjoy my morning with a local café's brew. Try not to plan on parking too close to the hotel because it can be quite a trek.

The King Room was spacious and had a heated bathroom that felt like a luxury treat! I loved the relaxation options like the spa and evening live music that made our stay extra special. The only minor downside was that it could get a bit noisy at times, but it didn't ruin the experience at all. 😊

Stunning views and great dining
I had a fantastic stay with breathtaking views of the harbor, especially while dining at the restaurant, which was quite enjoyable. The room was spacious and had a comfy bed, making my nights restful. However, the buildings could use some updates and maintenance to truly reflect the premium pricing.

During my recent stay at Danfords Hotel & Marina, I appreciated the stunning views of the marina from my King Room Water View Non Smoking. The proximity to local restaurants and shops made it convenient for my business meetings. The staff was accommodating in arranging meeting spaces that suited my needs perfectly.
The restaurant service was slow and the breakfast options were limited.
